Q. What Products I can buy here?
A. Today our product scope has broadened to include professionals working with different kinds of mosaics,
including marble mosaic, granite mosaic, glass mosaic, mosaic borders, mosaic patterns, mosaic tiles and water-jet
medalions. We can use marble, granite travertine, slate,limestone, Sandstone, quartz-based stone, and thereof products:
Our reach is now international, with customers in every corner of the world.
Q.What is your payment terms?
A. Normally, most Customers are used T.T (Telegraph Transfer) ,that is:30% T.T deposit first of total amount after
signing contract, and balance by T/T before shipping. Also We accept irrevocable L/C at sight. For old customers
deposit may not be a must. You can discuss the payment terms with us on a specific order basis.
Q. How to get your quotation?
A. If you have your own designs and dimensions, send us by Email or FAX your picture or drawing,we will quote to
you within two hours;If you do not have any idea of what kind of mosaic you would like to buy,please click our
product list on the website,then tell us the product name/dimension you would like to buy,we can quote to you
within one hour;Our website just exhibites parts of our product,if you can not find suitable product if just browsing
our website product,you can tell us your preferred color/Vein Status/Stone Kind/Where to use¡..,
we can suggest a list of product with quotation and product picture for your final choice.
Q. How do you pack the products? And how many can a wooden case load?
A.
The above are the pics of packing. We usually put 10 pcs into one carton, and 36 cartons into 1 wooden case.
A wooden cases can load about 33.49 M2. It weights about 0.5-0.8 ton.
Q. What is minimum ordering quantity requirement?
A. Usually the minimum order should be one wooden case, around 0.8 ton. Sometimes, it should depend on the
Goods items.Details pls contact us, we would try our best to suit your requirement.
Q. How do you manage your logistics ?
A. The goods can be shipped to any destination, Seaport, inland port , Jobsites or warehouse of every Country.
We have good cooperation with some shipping companies such as MAERSK, Evergreen, COSCO,MSC,ZIM, etc ,
Also we have our good shipping agent with their business spread to every country. So We make sure that we
can supply you Best freight and safe route even as FCL or LCL.
We also can help you find good local Custom Broker to help you Clean the goods when the Container arrives
at your port if you don¡¯t know how to import the goods from China!
Q. How about your product dimention precision?
A. Dimension tolerance: +/- 0.5mm (Or as per special required)
Q. What is your production Lead Time?
A. Normally, 15days are needed for processing of order from date of receipt of order or L/C for standard sizes .
However, for specific size orders extra time may be required but if for urgent orders we can increse order priority
for you or expedite process.
